We are aware that there are a number of travellers that would rather sleep in a bed than on a mattress on the ground, so here we have grouped together budget tours that still take you to those off the beaten track places, the accommodation varies 
from place to place, making use of hotels, hostels, lodge style bungalows, chalets, rondavels, permanent tented safari camps and traditional huts. In Southern Africa, most rooms are are twin or double en suite rooms with bedding provided, certain places also have triple rooms available.
The other distinction that we make for these tours to be called a "Safari", is that the group size is usually 13 travellers or less and the transportation is by mini bus or modified safari vehicle.
Tours are ordered from shortest to longest if you make use of the top menu item "Tours by Type".
